NOTE: NoPay has not been accessible for quite a while. Although there has been no official announcement, it seems like they have shut down their free ISP service.
NoPay Net has no time limits, but they do have banner ads and only have dialup access numbers in Washington state.
If you don't have access to the web or you would like to refer a friend, call 1-888-463-7413 and NoPay Net will mail you the software on disks.
