locally to their area code 850 dialup access numbers.
Online registration for users within FL, GA and AL is free. However, registration for users outside of FL, GA and AL is $25 per/year. However, since dial up access numbers are only
available for area code 850, it wouldn't make sense for users outside FL, GA and AL to register anyway.
