For a while the sign up form on Xoasis no longer worked and they were advertising MSN Internet Access on their site. It appeared that Xoasis was no longer offering
Internet access. However, it now seems like the sign up form is working again, and the MSN ads are gone.
Since they are available for all operating systems and do not have banner advertising, Xoasis is a good free internet service provider if you live in one of the few areas where
they have dialup access numbers. However, they are not the most reliable and many users have reported problems connecting lately.
